Pretty time lapse video of magnetic particles.
Moleskine Bags in Hyper Stop Motion by Rogier Wieland (via @plastidecor)
Sorry for posting an ad, but this is a very nice video with lots of drawing. Too bad the bags are so plasticy and ugly.
This one’s worth watching on full screen. For some reason, watching ultra-hi-def videos of breaking things and liquids spilling is so soothing.

An excellent stop motion video, all done with books.
Time-Lapse Thing of the Day: For the 2010 edition of his annual year-long time-lapse, Eirik Solheim placed his old Canon 400D on a windowsill and snapped a single pic every 30 minutes for 12 months, giving him a total of ~16,000 images to work with. He then pared down the photo count to 3,500, and strung them together to create “One year in 2 minutes.”
A complete breakdown of his process can be found here.

A match being lit in ultra slow motion looks just like time lapse decay videos. MIND BLOWN.

This Is Mesmerizing, You Should Watch It of the Day: Philip Heron and James Adair shot a bunch of stuff hitting other stuff and slowed the whole thing way, way down.
Glorious.
